Pending in 20 days then sold 7 later. Sadly I did have many hoops to jump through but Robyn made it as seamless as possible with zero stress. When Leigh Anne told me most of her clients sell in multiple offers I didn't believe her. She didn't discount the list price of my home by any means yet she did it. Multiple offers including one above the list price! I don't know how she does it but I'm glad she was there for me!

And Leigh Anne listed it for the same price we had it listed for previously. It really does make a huge difference hiring the agent that knows how to get homes sold!
